I stumbled across these pages from the book "The Animal Fair" written and illustrated by Alice and Martin Provensen and immediately fell in love with the vibrant colors, the compositions and the words. Written in 1952, this is the type of children's book I wish still existed. Aren't these beautiful? I'd frame these in a heartbeat.
